1.Smile with a positive attitude
जब भी आप stage पे जाए, एक smile आपके चेहरे पे होनी चाहिए और एक attitude आपके अंदर होना चाहिए because you are प
Representing you on stage, your role is very important, आप स्पीच दे रहे हो या anchoring कर रहे हो आपके अंदर एक positive attitude होना ही चाहिए और एक smile होनी चाहिए
इससे क्या होंगा
Audience जो आपके सामने है, उन्हें आप सोचने पे मजबूर कर रहे कि आप क्याबोलने वाले है, ये बंधा या बंधी इतनी कॉंफिडेंट कैसे है, और इतना attitude है इसमें, lets see what’s she or he speaks.
I just give you a example, my friend उसको एक स्पीच बोलनी थी and वो बहुत डर रही थी और वो इतना डर गई कि, उसकी बॉडी लैंग्वेज, उसके एक्सप्रेशन से वो बया हो रहा है, and people started talking about her, what she will speaks, she her, and u know what happen, she didn’t uttered a single word, just because of her hesitation,
That’s why be positive and with a smile on your face move on stage..
2. Practice on front of mirror
